This 16,000 Sq. Meter Coil processing facility is located in the 2nd industrial park of the Royal commission in Jubail Industrial city, Saudi Arabia.

The plant is equipped with the modern plant and machinery which converts Steel Coils into a variety of end products and the salient feature of the plant is the combination of processing lines that assure high tolerance in Coil Processing.

CUT TO LENGTH LINE:
Processes HRC and Chequered Coils 1000mm – 2000mm in width , 1.5mm – 8.0mm in thickness.

CUT TO LENGTH LINE:
Processes Coated Steel Coils, Galvanized Coils , Alu Zinc Coils & lt; Electro Galvanized Coils and Cold Rolled Coils. Thickness 0.50mm – 3.0mm , width 1000mm – 1500mm.

SLITTING LINE:
Processes HR Strips 40mm – 1000mm in width, 1.00mm – 8.0mm in thickness.

TUBE MILL:
Produces Square, Rectangular and Round Tubes up to 80mm and with 4mm wall thickness and the quality is assured by using HFIW process in tube making.

CORRUGATION LINE:
Produces Corrugated Sheets from PPGI Coils.

PROFILE MAKING LINE:
Produces Z and C PURLINS, METAL DECK.

The type of Steel Coils processed in the facility are Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Galvanized, AluZinc, Electro Galvanized, Pre-painted Galvanized and CHequered Steel Coils with annual production capacity is 100,000 MT and material storage capacity of 15.000 MT.
